How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request one, visit paddle.net and look up your order, or email us at sararight59@gmail.com and we'll help.
Subscriptions
You can cancel any time from your dashboard ("Manage billing"). You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for. Renewal charges are also covered by the 30-day guarantee from the renewal date.
After a refund
When a purchase is refunded, the export credits or plan access that came with it are removed from your account.
