Data we collect and why
- Account data (name, email, login credentials or Google sign-in) — to create and secure your account. Basis: contract.
- Body measurements and body profiles — to estimate fit and save your profiles. Basis: contract and your consent.
- Body photos you submit for front-and-side scans — sent to our AI provider to estimate measurements, then discarded; we don't store the photos, only the resulting numbers if you save them. Basis: your consent, which you can withdraw by not using the feature.
- 3D models and exported files — to provide resizing, patterns and cloud storage. Basis: contract.
- Fit goals and AI advisor questions/answers — to give and keep your recommendations. Basis: contract.
- Usage, device and IP data (sign-in times, activity, export counts) — for security, fraud prevention, enforcing plan limits and improving the Service. Basis: legitimate interests.
- Support messages — to help you. Basis: legitimate interests.
Who we share data with
- Service providers that host our app, database, file storage and AI features.
- Paddle, our Merchant of Record, for selling the product, managing subscriptions, payments, tax compliance and invoicing.
- Professional advisers (legal, accounting).
- Authorities where required by law.
We don't sell your personal data. Some providers may process data outside your country; where required we rely on safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
Retention
We keep account data, profiles and files while your account is active. After you delete your account we delete or anonymise them within 90 days, except records we must keep for legal or tax reasons.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or port your data, object to processing, and withdraw consent. You can delete projects and files yourself in your dashboard, or email sararight59@gmail.com; we reply within one month. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
Security
We use encryption in transit, private file storage, and access controls so only you (and authorised admins for support) can access your data.
Cookies
We only use essential browser storage needed to keep you signed in and remember your settings. We don't use advertising cookies.
