Measure or scan
Enter your height plus a few tape measurements — or use the front-and-side photo scan in the AI Fit Advisor to estimate head, chest, waist, forearm and calf sizes. Scans show a confidence level; a tape measure is still the most accurate.
- 02
Real dimensions
Your file’s bounding box is measured. Pick the unit the file was modelled in (mm, cm or inches) so the numbers are true.
- 03
Per-part fit, per-axis control
Choose the armor part (helmet, chest, pauldron, forearm, shin). We calculate a target width with wearing clearance and propose a scale. Unlock proportions to set X, Y and Z separately — a uniform percentage rarely fits a real body.
- 04
AI starting scale
Describe your fit goals (padding, clothing underneath, range of motion) and the AI Fit Advisor recommends a starting scale and a pre-print checklist.
- 05
Genuine resize
Every vertex of the mesh is rescaled. The exported STL/OBJ is a new printable file, not a stretched preview.
- 06
Foam patterns
Building in EVA foam? Flatten the resized model into numbered 1:1 pieces with cut and fold lines, and download an SVG to print or cut.
- 07
Verify before printing
Every fit is an estimate. Print a small test section, test-cut a pattern in card, or check against your body before committing to a full print.
